Anything else?
I went in to a&e today, I found the reception staff and assessor extremely rude and as if they didn't even want to help you, as for the doctor that see me was absolutely amazing. Hospital needs to sort the reception staff out.

We are sorry about the rude manner in which you were addressed by the reception staff and will raise your concerns with the Matron in charge of the department. It is good to see that you were very happy with the doctor who cared after you.
