Just like to say thank you to Dr Moran and his team for saving my life (he is the best Dr I have ever met, he is caring, clever and a very reassuring person ). And this is what you need when you are very ill.
After a very disappointing experience with the A&E department and the Ambulatory Care at the hospital when I was presented very ill with very high temperature and diarrhoea and was told that there were no beds available and was sent home.
After 2 days of agony I was taken to hospital by an ambulance as at that time I could not even stand on my own feet. Once Dr Moran took my case I was diagnosed and they started the treatment very quickly especially with the infects that I had it could have easily developed into Meningitis.
So parts of the Health service is still very good and this department need to be recognised and congratulated for their hard work.
