From the receptionist to the consultants, every member of staff was courteous and professional.

I cannot praise this team enough - they turned an unpleasant and worrying ordeal into a calm and reassuring experience. It makes such a difference when dealing with a health concern if you are treated with dignity and respect by the staff involved.

Thank you to all concerned for showing how it 'should' be done, your care and consideration is very much appreciated.
