"I now understand my problems better"

I found the service at the physiotherapy unit at St Helens Hospital excellent. Claire was thorough, listened well and talked through my symptoms, the exercises and ways to gain extra movement and pain relief.

As a result of these four sessions I feel I understand what my health problem is and how to manage it.

Claire’s advice helped me to take control of my situation and to find ways to help me move more freely again and so regain quality of life.
