What I liked
Had appointments at Medical Assessment Unit and very recently at Day Surgery and outpatient apptmts (echocardiogram & pulmonary function tests & CT scan.)
Personal care! The anaesthetist went the extra mile - explained the alternatives thoroughly & I was able to make an informed decision & felt confident (having had a previous bad reaction to anaesthesia).
What could be improved
Administration!
