Having been on two recent outpatient visits, Urology in January and Ophthalmology in May 2013 I can only rate treatment, medical and administrative, as first class. The staff from consultant level through to administrative level were very pleasant and efficient in all respects. To them I offer a big thank you. There will always be detractors and negative persons in all walks of life but in my opinion the NGH has nothing to feel down about. If it were possible to award more than 100% I would gladly do so. A big well done.
