Anything else?
My dad, 87, was admitted to the RFH with severe pneumonia. The quality of care he received was first-class. I was with him from the A&E admission through to multiple ward care over a period of weeks, and can vouch for the coordination between the teams, multi-disciplinary communications and generally strong processes.
Cleanliness was visibly prioritised, nursing care very strong although stretched, especially during weekends and bank holidays, and doctors/registrars caring and competent; if I had to single out a team, it would be the physio team as truly outstanding.
Thank you RFH.
"Very good hospital care"
