"ward 19 disappointing !"

On the day of my operation i was injected in the area where i was having surgery!! I was told later by nice lady Doctor i should not have been injected in the area where i was having Surgery! After leaving Theatre i was having one to one Care after major surgery when a lady was brought into ward to Die i could hear all her Family very upset as she passed away ! There was only me in that ward with curtains to seperate us! Nurse kept telling me she was sorry. Next day i was taken back to ward 19 where porter fell about laughing saying ward 19 communication! There isnt any! The day after i was returned to ward 19 i asked for dirty sheet changed i was told yes but they were not changed till next day! i was told i would b taken to toilet n shower but i wasnt! i i was left without dinner 1 night , they came to collect dishes which i hadnt had! i was given a sandwich there was nothing else left! same at Bfast next day! My Note wer Lost 3 times!! told on discharge wud get app in post! didnt come! i chased up myself with Consultants Secretary!!!!
