What I liked
I have been a regularly visting patient for nearly 20 years and have not witnessed the decline in standards that national targets and performance ratings suggest. The staff are doing a brilliant job - yes, they're under pressure but try finding a workplace that isn't these days - and don't deserve the constant trashing from the media.
