(as the patient),

Five weeks after my GP applied for an audiology appointment for me I have received two new hearing aids, which I consider to be excellent service.

The audiologist I saw at Newport audiology clinic conducted my assessment very thoroughly and was most helpful; within an hour I was fitted with a new hearing aid for each ear.

I have been extremely pleased with the whole experience and would like to thank all those involved.
