"Happy with referral process"

About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Referred to hospital care by my doctor/medical practice. I contacted TRAQS - they gave me the first available appointment in early at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

I tried to contact the x-ray department at the Princess Royal Hospital (Telford) but there was no answer. I was then referred to the patient complaints department. I was dealt with expertly - all questions were answered and advice given.

The appointment was conducted sympathetically and expertly with advice and the next stage suggested.
