I was advised to go to A&E today by NHS direct as my two year old girl had become poorly and developed a worrying rash. I had her three year old sister with me and I was very concerned.

The waiting area was pleasant with a lovely little play area to keep my eldest daughter entertained. We were treated with genuine compassion by all the staff. I was very impressed with the way that everyone dealt with both myself and my daughters. I left feeling reassured. I would like to thank all the staff I saw - their dedication did not go unnoticed.
