About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

Crew attended my home at following my seizure (I am a diagnosed with epilepsy). The crew were so re-assuring and kind. I am always very confused following a seizure and unable to express my thanks at the time, so should be grateful if you could do this on my behalf.
