"Wonderful physiotherapist"

About: Freeman Hospital

Anything else?

I attended the physiotherapy department for 3 months from August to November 2012 & had the extremely good fortune to meet with a physiotherapist. This person has changed my life for the better. After 30 years of continuing chronic back problems & many pounds spent on private chiropractors & osteopaths to no avail, I felt like I had met a kindred spirit. You are in the right job! She understood immediately the problems that I was experiencing and found ways through carefully planned exercise to alleviate & prevent further episodes.Previously I was losing roughly 3-4months per year due to chronic back pain. This was obviously often time off from work. I am so grateful to her for her expertise, care & understanding. When she discharged me it was with the security blanket that if I should have any recurring episode within the next three months then I could call her for any advice. I have since enrolled at a gym (pilates classes) & my back health continues to improve. There are things within the NHS that we all should be very proud about. Thank you. Please pass on my very best wishes & thanks to this wonderful person x

Thank you very much for your kind comments regarding the physiotherapy service at the Freeman Hospital.

We are pleased that the treatment you received has had such a positive impact after so many years of chronic back pain. We are indeed proud of the physiotherapy services we offer.

Your best wishes and thanks will be passed on to the physiotherapist concerned.
