Anything else?
I attended the physiotherapy department for 3 months from August to November 2012 & had the extremely good fortune to meet with a physiotherapist. This person has changed my life for the better. After 30 years of continuing chronic back problems & many pounds spent on private chiropractors & osteopaths to no avail, I felt like I had met a kindred spirit. You are in the right job! She understood immediately the problems that I was experiencing and found ways through carefully planned exercise to alleviate & prevent further episodes.Previously I was losing roughly 3-4months per year due to chronic back pain. This was obviously often time off from work. I am so grateful to her for her expertise, care & understanding. When she discharged me it was with the security blanket that if I should have any recurring episode within the next three months then I could call her for any advice. I have since enrolled at a gym (pilates classes) & my back health continues to improve. There are things within the NHS that we all should be very proud about. Thank you. Please pass on my very best wishes & thanks to this wonderful person x
