my husband went in today for day surgery i was asked to ring up later to see if he can come home .i have rang 9 times since 18.30 ,they said he can go home if hes ok ring back later then hes asleep ring back then ring back they have just said pick him up at 23.00 hours .no reason why he could not come home earler discharging at 23.00 hours must be wrong the staff were not interested in him going home just leaving it as late as poss .
