I went in for surgery on my umbilical hernia and was very nervous, having never had anything done before.

The nurses quickly put me at ease, as did the surgeon and anesthetist.

Very quick op, lovely nurses who could not do enough for me afterwards, now all okay and signed off.

Thank you to all nurses and staff on ward 1 and to the nurse who spent the most time in my ward whi has probably moved on now, but was brilliant.
