My brother has been waiting since 1st Februuary for his medical notes to be sent over to the Moorfields hopsital. As he is waiting an operation on his eye these notes are very inportant as the operation can not go ahead until the notes are received. 5 times the consultants secretary at Moorfields has requested these notes still waiting. I spoke to the consultant at QE2 this morning who tells me he only received the request on Friday........ but that the notes do not appear to be in the file. I have told the consultant that I will wait until the end of today then action will have to be taken to resolve this matter. Dreadful treatment. No care at all.
