friendly reception staff
What could be improved
a nurse was serving a glass of water with blood in her gloves, after treating a patient's wound. they took my friend to her bed after surgery and the sheets of the bed had blood on it, and they were not washed before (you could see it was not clean). the toilet was disgusting and there were higienic towels on the floor with toilet paper around them. the toilet seat was wet with drips, and all the patients from that ward use that toilet. the nurses were not nice, they were very grumpy and rude. young nurses were wearing an extreme amount of make up and loose hair. ive worked in one of the most reputable hospitals in the UK, and i think exeter RD&E is totally out of order.
