The consultant I saw misunderstood the reason for my referral.

He was patronising and had poor listening skills.

It was very apparent that my views on my health issues were of no interest to him.

His lack of interest in my condition was evident from the outset of the consultation.

The consultation was a waste of my time as well as his.

I would not attend this department again.I would advise any one needing this type of service to attend another hospital.

As a tax payer I resent funding the salary of NHS staff who provide a poor service.
