The stay in Croydon university hospital was quite good-my only criticism was that the nurses were overstretched and you had to wait quite a while to have your bell answered

Our Head of Nursing for Patient Experience and Quality has read your comments and you will be pleased to know that as part of her portfolio of work she is reviewing the call bell system to see how response times can be improved
We continually review nurse staffing levels on our wards and are disappointed that you observed nurses overstretched during your stay. If you could contact the PALS team to say which ward you were on it would be very helpful.
Having recently reviewed our staffing levels we are currently recruiting more nursing staff
