What could be improved

I wish to express my concerns regarding to car parking at Derriford Hospital, the fact that, under stress, you have to have the correct change for the ticket machine, the shop and

restaurant are instructed not to give change and to add to the stress the car number has to be inserted. All is disgraceful, do you not imagaine how anxious this is ? Could you not have it that visitors pay on LEAVING the hospital.
