Yesterday, 25 March 2013, I had cataract surgery on my second eye, the first one was done 2 months ago. The quality of service that I have received has been second to none and a private health care facility could not have done more, could not have been better. and could not have carried out the procedures on a faster time scale.

I must sincerely thank and commend the Consultant and his team for their proficient and expert knowledge and performance. The ward nurse, was most efficient and single handed cared for the ward. Her friendly, happy and sparkling personality put patients at ease as she carried out her duties.

The NHS is the bench mark that the rest of the world try to emulate without success, and why some people criticize its performance I do not understand.
