What could be improved

Accessibility of senior staff by phone. We were ringing in from abroad and had great diificulty in establishing contact with any doctor dealing with a patient on Moorgate. We were continually passed around when we were trying to establish a contact to discuss what turned out to be a relatively serious procedure. Staff on Moorgate either would not say or did not know how serious the proposed procedure was. To compound the diificulty we then were told late one evening that he was being transferred to Treliske, Truro at Midnight!!
