(as the patient),

I am 91 years of age, I had a nasty fall.

Fortunately I have had very good help and care from all the carers; I do appreciate their kindness and help.

So thank you for all the friendly help and to the staff, I offer my thanks for very kind help and cheerfulness.

Thank you for taking the time to give some lovely feedback on the care you have received whilst at the hospital. It is lovely to hear that the ward teams have done such a good job and have been so friendly and cheerful. A smile makes all the difference doesn't it?
