About: HMP Stocken / Primary care

(as the patient),

I go to healthcare on a regular basis normally on a Wednesday to get my medicine. By the time I get to healthcare there would be about twenty or thirty people and there will only be two members of staff.

It takes about an hour to get through all of us.

I think it takes the piss and I think something should be done about it.
