Doctor was around 40 mins late but we were kept well informed by the healthcare assistant and the board was regularly updated. It was nice to see that the nurses helped the elderly walk to the assessment rooms and smiled and chatted even though the patients were very slow. The doctor i saw really listened to me and offered a diagnosis and a plan for further investigations, with a little drawing to show me exactly what he meant.
