I had my first consultation for this surgery in Jan 2012 due to health problems, i completed all my tests by Nov 2012 and was told by my referring doctor that by Jan/Feb 2013 i would have my surgery. I have never received any correspondence from the Whittington regarding this operation and after multiple calls and emails from my referring clinc and also complaining to PALS, (which do no good at all), i am still waiting for a letter that was promised to me almost 6 weeks ago.

I have now been waiting 21 weeks for some kind of correspondence regarding this surgery, and i think that is disgusting.
