Anything else?
My wife and I took my mother in law to A@E ,she is 72 yrs old and fell breaking her leg/ankle, when we arrived it was not busy. We spent roughly 7 hours waiting to get her treated, when asking after 3 hours why was it taking so long we were told it was very busy, we counted 6 people before us , if that's busy god help if there ever is a real disaster around Worksop ,there was far to many admin staff drinking tea and chatting on what they had done at weekend or going to do!.the reception at A@E was like a coffe shop. Not happy to say the least on our NHS!, get rid of the suits and admin staff and get back to basics and employ more nurses and doctors ....
