I had a referral appointment in the Dermatology department. The consultant communicated clearly about what he was doing and methodical in his examination and summary. He arranged an appointment for treatment within an hour which was carried out punctually and painlessly by a cheerful and communicative doctor and two assistants. This took half an hour and they took great care of me.

All in all, an extremely positive experience. Thank you.
