I was seen by the Consultant in cardiology in early January. I specifically asked for a copy of his report to my GP. I never received one and I do not know whether one was sent. All my

Many requests for a copy by letter have been ignored, my numerous telephone calls have only got voicemail and I was never called back. Sometimes I called throughout the day and the phone was just ringing out and not picked up.
