What I liked

At all stages from para-medics through to nurses and doctors on A&E my father has been treated with respect and concern. I too have found the staff polite and helpful and very supportive towards me especially at an upsetting time. Today, when asking for directions the member of staff assisting could not have been more polite and helpful, taking time to ensure I fully understood what was happening. This leaves an overall impression of a well run and patient orienated hospital,

My father is currrently on tne medical assessment ward and the care assistants, nurses and doctors have been excellent, well-done Great Western.
