"Received very good care at PAEP"

About: Princess Alexandra Eye Pavillion

(as the patient),

I attended PAEP today for a check up about a viral eye infection.

The waiting area was very busy, but I did not have too long to wait. The nurse who saw me first was friendly and efficient.

Next I saw a junior doctor who knew his stuff and politely and fully answered my questions.

Next, I made an appointment for a further check up.

Finally, I waited a few minutes for my prescription when the pharmacist helpfully explained my medicines and how to take them.

I feel I received very good care today.

The worst part of the experience was having to listen to a patient sitting next to me in the waiting area moaning about benefit cheats, foreigners and other ills.
