What could be improved
My wife saw a consultant in Orthopeadics in November 2007 and waited until May for an appointment for a half-knee replacement.
On 7th May she rang to query the delay and was told she would be contacted for an assesment within two weeks.
On June 9th she rang again to be told she had ben taken off the list. No explanation, no apology.
Appalling administration and lack of care.
