I was very satisfied with the high level of treatment and care given by a staff member and the hospital staff, but am very disatisfied with the follow up, and have been left waiting over 10 months for corrective surgery, which I was told would be done within 4 months, only to be told my surgeon has left. I am deeply unhappy that the administrative staff do not think it important to inform patients when they are unable to offer the service that was promised. If I hadn't contacted the secretary, I doubt I would have been told anything. I now look forward to a lifetime with extremely mismatched breasts, or 'eventually' being operated on by someone who has no knowledge of the original operation.
