"follow up complaint about guitting ward"

my previous complaint was treated with the same disrespect from the management as the staff on the ward. whalst they said they wanted more details (which i agreed to) i was then told to reply on here....why??? my original complaint was about the use of mobile phones on the ward by some members of the nursing staff and the same staff wearing there uniform in public houses, so why would the management not be intrested in sorting this out for the good of the hospital and for the good of the patents? i will assist anybody but i wish to be kept anonymous and by doing it through emails both sides have a record.

l can only assume that the ward managers are happy to have bad feedback on here.
