"My experience as an outpatient"

About: Conquest Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I work for the NHS but my experience as an outpatient has not been great. I feel bombarded with what the surgeon thinks should happen. I do not feel he listens to my concerns or symptoms. He seems to have made his decision despite me not having the scan I needed prior to this appointment. No one seems to be interested despite several calls.
