"Removed from doctor's list"

About: Blackpool PCT

(as the patient),

In 2011 I was assaulted.

I went to my GP because I had problems with the left side of my face, lost hearing in left ear, involuntary eye movements. I went to see my GP and had to go private to see a consultant, I have also been having chronic sleep problems. The only tablets I was on were HRT tablets.

As I did not feel I had got any support from my GP, I changed doctors. At the beginning of this year, I had two blackouts and memory problems and developed a stammer. I made an appointment at the gp's surgery to see the nurse, but my appointment time was changed.

I got into an argument with someone on the front desk at the doctors, and I have now been "removed" from the doctors patient list and told to find another doctor.

I had written to the Blackpool primary care trust in Blackpool, in January but have had no reply from their office. There is a drop-in medical centre in Blackpool that is very good but to be referred to the big hospital to see a consultant I have to be registered with a GP, and after the way I have been treated I am not registering with another doctor in Blackpool.

The only medical treatment apart from the drop-in centre in Blackpool I have got I have had to get as a private patient. I did have a very good doctor but in 2011, I got divorced and changed doctors as I did not want to be registered with the same doctor as my ex-husband.
