"Not happy with this method of booking"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Not happy with this method of booking. After two weeks of waiting from GP referral to myself contacting TRAQS for development of my appointment (5 days indicated on from), I find it was on the system the appointment but I was not contacted or sent a letter. I had no apologies from the staff on the line at TRAQS. I wasn; t offered the particular hospital I requested my choice with the GP.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to the TRAQS team.

I am disappointed to hear of your experience using the TRAQS process. The TRAQS team rely on the GP writing in the referral letter if a particular hospital/consultant is preferred as without this information we are unaware of a previous discussion having taken place with the GP and the patient regarding Choice.
