"Referral good but ENT consultant patronising"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

G. P experience very good.

Referral was very good.

Hospital visit and ENT consultant was disappointing, I will not attend another appointment with the same consultant. I found them to be very patronising.

I am pleased to hear that your GP and referral experiences were positive but very disappointed to hear of your experience with the consultant.
