I work for 111 but I would like to comment, being at the other end this time. Today. I called on behalf of my daughter who was having chest tightness and difficulty breathing. We were both distressed but Kathleen, the health advisor was quick, very professional, polite and reassuring. The ambulance was with us within 5 minutes. They did all the checks and promptly took us to the hospital. All in all im very happy with the service I got from 111 and the LAS.
