What I liked

Without exception staff were excellent.Cardiac care unit superb,clean and so well run.Reaction to emergencies was very impressive.Staff gave so much confidence to vulnerable patients.Level of nursing and care extremely high.Tisbury ward carried on very high levels.

I felt that at all times the staff were in complete control of the situation.Very good atmosephere considering circumstances.

Food choice and quality better than I expected,a lot of effort being made.

What could be improved

The only area that suprised me was that high quality and expensive staff were being used to order and serve meals.

The food on the trolley never seemed to correspond with meals ordered.
