Drs and other members of staff,could not understand each other,floors which were never cleaned.always waiting for answers,because the nuse could not get hold of a dr,and on top of all,not getting my father home sooner because a dr had no time to put his name on a pice of paper.so if we were in the victorian age it would be a OK hospital,

Thank you for adding your thoughts to the NHS Choices website. Firstly, may we apologise for the time it has taken to provide a response to you. We are sorry that you felt the doctors and nurses did not communicate effecitively with you and this was not fair to you. We have recently undertaken a rolling programme of ward deep cleaning in the hospital and improving our clinical services at both hospital and hopefully this will be reassuring to you.
