Apart from the long wait (5 and a half hours) the staff were excellent with my daughter who came in after an epileptic seizure fall. They were friendly and understanding and didn't talk down to my daughter, which sometimes does happen.

Thank you!

The ladies toilets were very smelly though.

Like most hospitals in England, our Emergency Department has been exceptionally busy over the last six months and unfortunately this has meant that we've not been able to see and treat people as quickly as we would have wished. We apologise for this. Thanks also for the feedback about the toilet. We will pass this on to our Hotel Services team.
