"Delay in arranging for a skin biopsy"

I was referred under the 2 week rule with an ulcer on my nose that I have had for 6 months.A biopsy was suggested but this could not be done at the time that I was seen and10 days later this has not been arranged and I am unable to contact my consultant's secretary.
