"Disappointing service"

Anything else?

I went for six sessions of physiotherapy and nothing happened

I would turn up for each session and would go though the same process of standing and moving in a certain way then left

The scans and investigations that were implied I would have never happened

I was given three exercises of which two I couldn’t do so the whole thing seemed a waste of time

I found all of this disappointing

The people there are polite and are as efficient as they are able to be but the system seems designed to stop them helping and it seems they have forgotten they are there to help.
