What I liked

Was admitted to Lilleybrook Ward as an emergency patient on the evening of New Years day. Received very promp remedial attention from caring staff. Following morning was very impressed with the ward organization and cleaning routine and standards, which were maintained throughout the 6 days I was there. From what I observed, the staff at all levels paid attention to the needs if the patients at all times. I would not have any reluctance should I be told that I needed to stay as an inpatient again.

What could be improved

More shower facilities

We aim to provide as good an experience as possible to all our patients and are delighted that you were so pleased with the service you received on Lilleybrook Ward. It is always good to let staff know that they are appreciated and that our systems, such as cleaning, are working well.

Also many thanks for your comment about shower facilities which has been forwarded to the relevant planning and management staff.
