Extremely depressing. Main entrance smells of cigarette smoke & resembles a service station.Too many ignorant & arrogant miserable female staff who do not care. What is wrong with these people ?. Staff with poor English communication. Some staff manage a smile & are polite, few and far between. Feeling unwell & to be given the distinct impression that no one cares all that much is all too clear half the time. Horrible place.

Thank you for your comments. We acknowledge that smoking outside the main entrance is a persistent problem and have taken action to encourage people to use the smoking shelter away from the main entrance of the building. We are sorry that your impression from a small group of staff was that they didn’t care.
