Having now had 2 Rigid Check Cystocopies in November & March 2013 & 9 BGC treatments over the last 6 months I would like to compliment all the staff in the Urology Dept. for their professionalism, care & attention during my visits to the hospital.

My condition on diagnosis & the subsequent treatment was explained thoroughly & considerately.

Throughout all the various procedures I have felt involved & encouraged to ask questions.

A very big thank you to the consultant & all the staff in the Urology Dept.
