"Respectful treatment"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

Anything else?

I was rushed into hospital with severe chest/abdominal pains.

From the moment the first responder and then the ambulance arrived at my home. I received wonderful treatment until I was discharged the following morning. I was not treated as just another job on a default system but was listened to and respected as an individual. All and I repeat all the stff were superb and that includes the clerical staff and cleaners. Follow up appointments etc. were prompt and helpful and again the staff worked efficiently and cheerfully attentive. Apart from the initial pain that led to my admission the whole experience was thoroughly positive.

Well done and thank you

John Whittle

P.S. I can thoroughly recommend the painkilling morphine I was given, Wow! :-)
