(as the patient),

bad experience at appointment this time round, rushed and unhelpful consultation, long wait and crowded waiting room, consultation maybe 5 minutes, had to push to get questions answered and very casual approach from consultant, obviously running behind time, felt like he needed to get a quick turnaround! ! Very disappointed!

We are saddened to hear of your recent experiences with your consultation at one of our cardiology clinics at Glenfield Hospital. The standard of care that you describe is not what we would expect for our patients to experience during an outpatient consultation both in terms of the communication you describe during your consultation and the outpatient waiting room environment.
